I discovered a foreign object in a rear tire the other day tooo
so far it doesnt seem to be losing pressure.

In the past when i have had a puncture that was in the tread
it has been repaired with just an internal patch and not had any problems
afterwards. All the tires i have had repaired werent highspeed rated any ways

Ick! All this talk of flats and foreign objects is making me paranoid after last year's "Summer of Multiple Punctures".

Back to OT....I drove a clean one, just got back from a late lunch/early dinner in the Paddy-Wagon, we went to a nice local Italian restaurant that the tourists and race fans know nothing about...heh heh heh.

Tomorrow Boo Boo has a date with a wash bucket and some detailing goodies.

Well I was going to change my air filter today but it was such a pita and it was going to be the same thing next time so I just bought a K&N kit...2 screws from now on, no sweat no pain. Also had to change passenger side 'back up' light bulb. Then I went to a Mustang car show with a friend and his brother. He has an absolutely mint '71 Boss 302. He won People's Choice and Dealer's Choice. I had the best looking HHR there but no trophy for a Chevy at a Mustang show. In all fairness I guess I should come clean and tell you it was the only HHR there. :-)

If you didn't order the replacement couplers with the zzp hotside pipe, you'll want to go ahead and do that. I don't think you want to cut the plastic rings on the stock couplers. At least, that's what I decided after looking at it.
