I took Boo Boo the 2011 to a touch-less car wash nearby to remove enough layers of crud to tell what color he is again, but a full wash/wax/detail will have to wait a few days, last week has left my back a shambles.

Although we do have a tropical storm heading this way, so Boo Boo might be the designated "dirty HHR" for the next little while, the other two can stay clean.

It isn't a big deal. You could reattach your stock setup thereafter using the clamps in place of the rings. You probably have time to call them and have them included before your pipe ships if you ordered via website today.

A new Samsung 3D Blu Ray player, 2 pairs of 3D glasses (to start off with) and a couple blu ray movies and one 3D blu ray movie to get things set up and test it all out.

I thought my 65" was Big, this 82" is BIG next to it!

Morticia pulled it all with ease.

My audio cabinets were set to their largest/widest adjustments for the 65", I will have to remove the center shelf sections and move the 2 towers farther apart, Hopefully it will Fit on the same living room wall, or I will be rearranging the whole room for this bad boy.

I hope you have better luck with your Mitsubishi DLP than I did.

I had 2. One I purchased and had nothing but trouble....repair after repair while in warranty.....and continued after warranty was up. Mitsubishi initially, would provide no assistance for the repairs of the same problems I had while in warranty. After much discussion and a letter from my attorney they agreed to an allowance for the piece of junk for a new Mitsubishi. Well guess what? 14 months later I began having almost the same problem (power unit....fuzzy picture, colors not merging). I called and they said sorry. And I said, me too. Went and purchased a Samsung 58" Plasma from Costco for almost the same price. Never looked back.

And the funny thing.....I was a strong supporter of Mitsubishi prior to this ownership. I also had 2 of the old projection type wide screens (last of the glass lens). Which were outstanding for about 10-15 years .....NEVER a service call until the end, then replaced with the first one mentioned above.

I do wish you luck...oh, last I recall, the illumination lamp is something like $200-300 and lasts about 1-2 years depending on use.

Sorry to "jack" the thread and go off topic.

Other than the crappy stock couplers, why would you need to cut them?
