Love the look of that grill. Is your work on that follow one of the grill write-ups in the tech section (or wherever it is...?)

Very excited...my depos are out for delivery so I guess I'll be tearing down the front of my wagon this evening. Anyone (Joe...ahem) want to help?...lol. I'll be adding hids to my fogs while I've got it all apart. I think it should be pretty straight forward. I had ordered smoked front side reflectors but they haven't shipped yet. I think I'll just hold onto them and change them out when I do my upper hids...for now, I'm just going to redo the factory amber lenses with spray tint to match my rears. I'll be doing that tonight as well. Hopefully I'll have enough daylight to get it all done.

Can't do it tonight. But should have some time this weekend before I head out to Charleston on Monday.

I'm also free during the day on Friday.

I'm just teasing you...I can handle it. The hids I got are plug-n-play vehicle specifics and I've got the right tools for the job so it should be pretty straight forward.

What HID kit did you get? Most, if not all, are set up as "plug and play", but they might require an additional wiring kit. Also as I told you before, get a good ground......

It's made by TGP and requires no wiring kits or cutting of wires...just plug it up and go. Came with waterproof ballasts and all...pretty nice kit for the money. I only paid like $40 for it...its 35w 3k kit.

Sounds similiar to my DDM kit. I did add what they call a relay wiring kit. It's supposed to prevent misfires by adding more direct battery power verses only relying on the original fog light wiring. But modern wires today and decent size for current. But my fogs were added by me.... Granted I used 12 ga wire, but figured a little extra wouldn't hurt.

I didn't get around to installing my new depos and HIDs last night...by the time I went out to get supplies and dinner, it was too late to start breaking everything down. I've decided to get started early Saturday morning before the heat of the day. According to the UPS site, my grill is sitting on my carport so I'm going to slap it on tonight and see how it looks. I went with an all black billet style grill...I murdered my 3 bar so I need a replacement.

Parked times 4, with the DSL people tinkering around inside and out trying to determine why my service went "poof" yet again, I found myself taking an unplanned day off.

But I did get the cabin air filter changed on Bob 2, judging by the sheer horrible-ness of it, me thinks it was in there for the last 151,000 miles.

Sorry no pics, it went straight into the dumpster....blech!
