How does it do on those high passes on that route? If I remember right there are 2 almost 10,000 ft. passes between Reno and SoCal on 395. One around Devil's Gate and another one around Bishop. I guess the drive is tougher going North than the trip South since going North you are climbing out of the Mojove.

Tried to get the corvette exhaust installed, but the mufflers were a little too big , have to order some smaller mufflers, any ideas, looking for quiet and good flow ????

Moved on to the next endeavor installing the SS springs that EcotechRacer sold me, and my mechanic was fishing , not working Saturday, have to wait on that one too.

Moved on to number three, installed the performance cushion and cover on the SS, presto-changeo, well it was a little tougher than that, the wife say's it is much more comfy.

The highest was about 8900 according to my gps, but then I wasn't watching it that much. I did not feel any loss of power at any altitude on this trip. I just wish there was a lumbar adjustment, the older I get the tougher it is for me to go more than 2 hours before needing a stretch, luckily my dog lets me know it's time for a walk (and a smoke for me)

Well Chevy is doing a sedan that is basically a g8 with Chevy design language front and rear ends. It's not coming until the 2014 yr model though. I guess this is like the people who bought a Camaro and stuck a firebird body kit on it. I never understood the wrongful badging fad....=/. My favorite us skyline gtr badges on mustangs or vtech badges on a cavalier......-.-..... Worst I ever saw was a geo metro with a massive Cadillac hood ornament stuck on it.
