Wow. You managed to dig up a 8 year old thread. Asking Monster5601 for info is probably going to be unanswered since he hasn't been on this site in almost 4 years.

May I suggest starting your own thread about your wiper problem. It's doubtful you'll have to go as far as needing a wiring schematic. Chances are it's as simple as a fuse or relay or maybe the wiper motor or wiper transmission.
Post up your question, the members here are really good at diagnostics and some even have some HHR wiper problem experience. Give as much info as possible(year model, previous related repairs etc.) and I'm sure we can help out. Include any parts you've tried and so forth and I'll bet we can find the fix.

P.S. If you do start a new thread, put it in the Problems/Service/Repairs section. This thread is listed under the General HHR section and could get overlooked as far as a repair question.

There is a Haynes Manuel out now that has wiring diagrams in it. Mine is filed away at the moment (I forgot where I stuck it)

 

Haynes manual has a good wiring diagram section and a section on the wipers , but a search here for wipers issues will give you a lot of info for your issue, Welcome to the site
