I moved your post from that 7 year old thread you tacked onto, so it will be more visible, and more likely to get a response. :-)

 

RDB there are two tan wires to tap into for the resister, but just a report for the claims of better mileage , I had one installed a few years ago, went from 35 MPG to 28 MPG and higher revs at all times, seems the device just tricks the computer into thinking it needs more fuel for cold start. IMHO it was a waste of time and money.
