I have 134k and am hoping there is plenty of life left in it. Like someone else said.... What else are you gonna get for $4500?

To echo the others, CARFAX it and check it out mechanically, if no red flags are raised...go for it! Sometimes its nice to let the other guy or gal eat the depreciation for a change.
