Would you consider a HHR with 216 miles on it brand new?

Goose...
your last post looks good. You didn't indicate a Supplier Discount of $1030.25 in that one. My point is the Supplier Discount is figured on the cost of the vehicle with options. Other incentives and discounts are subtracted, THEN the destination charge is added, with other obligatory fees.
Dwayne....
The Custom Splash Guards are the factory ordered and dealer installed HHR design. That is a "normal" option.

Here it is a $110 option to buy with the HHR (doesn't indicate if it's factory or dealer installed).
It's only $42 if you buy them afterwards and install them yourself.

Mine are the ones that say HHR on them and had them color matched and installed, and did not run me

It was a swap from CT hence the miles driven to NH...salesman said it was a swap for a woman but when it arrived she did not like the color
I loved it...$$ were not quite what I expected (I'd be upside down on my trade about 1300 dollars which was unexpected)
I'll have some more questions once I get figures settled and ask for some advice

We owed about $2000 on our previous lease, but we rolled the outstanding amount into the new one.
It wasn't the best way to do things financially, but we got out of a car we hated and got into something we love.
We could've bought it at 0% over 48 months, but the payments were too high. We'll be buying it out at the end of the lease.

Not knowing how it's been driven for those 216 miles, it would be hard to say, but we do know that we had one salesman, who took us for a test drive, he stomped on it and we took off and then he slammed the brakes on...............
NOT a car we'd want to buy!
