My 2011, is from Philadelphia PA originally
my 2007 was ordered from here in Welland, Ontario.

I’ll keep checking !

FMG , can you file a complaint to your postmaster? They used to have some authority to straighten out a problem of misdelivered mail.

Oldblue. No on the complaint. Problem is the 911 people who gave me my address when I built my house here. My neighbor was building a house at the same time so they gave him the same number but with a "A" on the end of his.
The problem is. He's a 1/4 mile away from me and on the other side of the road !!!
How in the heck can they give the same numerical to 2 houses on opposite sides of the road ? Complained to the 911 people to no avail. And don't get me started on the misdelivered packages from all the road shippers.

FYI. I did receive my ignition claim notice yesterday AND it was in MY mailbox.............................This time at least.

Country style subdividing. In my County they subdivided farm fields from front to back, so addresses go 3 or 4 lots deep instead of wide. One place I know wraps around another; the numbers run 1,2,1,3. The bad thing for delivery drivers is the numbers go up and down and those are the only easy to see numbers for a long distance.

Just a postcard.

GM ignition switch settlement - How to document?

I own a 2006 HHR s/n 3GNDA23P86S586622. Bought it used in 2012 and I am the second owner. Based on everything I know, this HHR is covered by the GM ignition switch settlement.

When I search for open recalls by serial number, all the resources I can find show there are no open recalls for this car. However, I don't possess any paperwork or invoices that show the recall work was done.
.
So questions --
1. How can I confirm authoritatively that the car was recalled?
2. If it was recalled, how do I document that the work was done?

Maybe I'm missing something? Thanks for any help you can provide.
