I'd consider the panel a plus, not just because I own one but that they only made 216, rare yes, be worth more in the future, probibly not
And fyi my sticker was 28,030 but in no way did I pay anywhere close to that and at the time there were not incentives except for 60 mo free interest

There was an article about the most overpriced cars and the HHR was one of them. The artcle suggested that the HHR is about 16% higher than it was worth. Car dealers and GM like for people to pay $28K for a car that is worth about $23.5K. First year depreciation on a new HHR is ~$8K.

My '09 auto w/ sunroof and roof rails was stickered at $27,500. With the employee discount and incentives we paid $23,500 after tax title and license. Not too shabby.

Once it is paid off in Oct. I will know exactly how much I paid in intrest and can add that to our final price. On a side note we did put $5,000 down so our loan was $18,500.

I bought my 2010 SS in May. After dealer discount, $4000 incentive, $1000 incentive for owning a Lexus, $1000 off for GM card I paid under $20,000. Would not have bought for sticker of $27,975. I think for under $20,000 not a bad deal.

our 2010 was the same price, stick shift with the brembo brakes. BUT..... there was 3500 cash back, plus the dealer took 760 off of 'dealer invoice'. there's plenty of room to 'talk', so don't count it out. wheel and deal

wow crazy prices on here. I'm glad I bought mine with 8000 miles on it. Might not be brand new but I got it for under 16k back in 2009.
