Now why would they do that? If GM puts no lift shift capabilities into a car, they would have to honor a warranty claim for something that broke doing what the car was designed and marketed for! Has anyone seen this bulletin?

Isn't anyone plugged into the great Nissan GTR controversy, where the use of the factory provided aggressive shift feature voids the warranty and sticks the customer with a $20,000 repair for a POS transmission?

I had to replace the T-Case in my 2500 GMC becasue a crappy part chewed through the casing from the inside out. GM knew and shrugged when I had to cash out $1,200 for two castings... IF the were concerned about quality these thing wouldnt happen.
