BF Goodrich
Hello, some of you may have seen my intro.
Apparently pop's new ride needs tires, it's his fair weather driver.
He's interested in a set of BF Goodrich G Force Sport Comp 2 tires.

Has anyone tried them on a HHR?
We have a larger set on a somewhat heavier RWD vehicle (1950 GMC on a Trail Blazer Chassis, complete with the I6, 3800 LB W/ full fuel) they ride nice and stick to everything so far except fresh snow over ice, or ice.
I'm concerned they may be harsh on a vehicle with stiffer suspension.
Edit:
Before posting I searched "Goodrich," "BF Goodrich," "BFG," "Sport Comp" and "tires" if this is already here I did not find it.

Yes I have a set of them.....trying to wear them out, or sell them cheap, which ever comes first....ride like stones.
Dave is running the Michelin SS summer compound, I have the Pilot Sport As3......we both love them...I went to 235x45x18 for a little more cush....
Pretty good huh Mike I only bought one set of tires last year.......unless you count the bmw and the motorhome.

I'm running them on LT...I liked them at first because they gripped the corners but the more I've ran them the less I like them. I have about 17k miles on mine and they are pretty much history. I need to break down and get a new set of tires very soon...like probably within the next month. Definitely do not recommend unless you plan to swap out at 15k miles. Also the traction from a dig sucks...they spin for days...they also do not like rain.
Aaaand Dad went with Michelin.
He says the store he went to (Costco?) was out of the BFGs and wouldn't have them for a few weeks but could get Michelin Pilot Sport SS (Pilot Super Sport?) in the appropriate size in a couple days.
Turns out the tires on it are "all season" style winter tires that he describes as having a "gummy" (very soft) tread rubber compound that went from ~30% tread on the fronts to the wear bars in a few days
hence the hurry.
