I just picked up a digital boost gauge. I like to install it but i'm a little concerned about the air bag sensors in the pillar. Has anyone done this mod yet. Is it a problem. Also Manufacturer said I can use the same wires.

 

As far as I know there are no sensors in the A-pillar. I have the side curtain airbags and have had my A-pillar cover off many times with no ill effects. Are you replacing the stock boost gauge or are you trying to add it to a car with an RPD? I added a stock boost gauge at about eye level. Hope this helps some.
