Carbon fibre look

Just tried out a piece of 3M Di-Noc carbon fibre vynil in Graphite, as a test, on the frt. bowtie. Using low heat[very little] the stuff goes around curves and contours real nice. Works as advertised.
I ordered enough Black 3M Di-Noc to do a racing stripe down the center of the SS, trimmed with a 1/8" pinstripe in light charcoal, and a 2' piece of Graphite 3M to do both bowties. Will do racing stripe next week, after the car show this weekend, and when done will post pics. of finished product.
Anyone intrested in this stuff, just google up 3M Di-Noc, Carbon fibre Gear. Videos and info, on the stuff and all the many applications you can use it for. Stuff is really neet. "Moon"
P.S. Yeah, I know, SS needs a bath. Tomorrow for sure.

Busy getting ready to work the Sacramento autorama car show, this weekend. The pic, I posted does'nt show the texture very well, do to the lighting. Next week , I'll take some better pictures. after I finish the stripes, I may change the bowties to Black carbon fibre. I bought plenty, so I'll have enough to play around with. "Moon"

6" wide 3M Di-Noc Lemans stripe with 1/4" wide silver pinstripe on each side.. Have it over both fenders.
