If they all are doing it, then clearly this is a factory installed upgrade.....

I was about to say the same thing, it's not a problem, it's an option!

The Stealership said they have to see it do the flickering then figure out why it is doing it..Instead of just changing the damn thing out...My ? to the people at the Stealership is this? How you going to see a light flickering if you look at it during the daylight and the lights arent on? WOW now thats a concept? 3rd time I've had it in for the same issue? What are my options?

Mine flickers too.. Stupid dealer can only diagnose things that are totally broken. I wanted to contact autometer to see if they were going to make gauges that would match. I'd love and oil psi gauge. Bulb might be loose too, I am sure the dealer can nail it down AFTER it's broken...

Well I got the fix for everyone:
From Brian Brown the head Honcho for the build:
We are on it. The fix is below.

Yes,
There is a new IBCM calibration available that will fix the problem on both HHR and Cobalt. We need to ensure the dealers are aware of this issue and the new calibration. I will have Tom Utter and Nathan Sumner work with Tim and Tom.

Regards,

Mines doing the same thing, sounds like a factory problem.
