BTW - I do hypermile sometimes, and then I get on it sometimes. I've been running 87 octane the last two tanks and travel 1/3 city 2/3 highway and have averaged between 27-28 MPG consistently. The SS does exactly what I wanted it for. It's practical and fuel efficient, but it can roar when I need it to.

 

24.5 mpg in town. All I do is drive in town and is rare Im on the freeway. Can't wait to do a road trip

 

Just filled up tonight. 1500 miles now on the odometer. This last tank was all city miles. I got 344 miles @ 22.4MPG with an average speed of 24MPH. The best part is, I put 15.2 gallons of Supreme($4.19) for $63 when I used to fill my Chevy 2500 with 87 for $120(33 gallon tank) to get roughly the same mileage. I love this frikkin car/truck.

 

Just a reminder: MPG estimates are based on using the recommended Premium gasoline. (That would be with no low BTU alcohol.)
