Thats ok after installing a cam, Z06 intake, QTP headers, X-pipe and true dual exhaust I managed 385hp to the rear wheels in it and that's a automatic
if you'll recall the dyno results back in the day, what I was saying was all LS1 engines were within a few HP of each other. In other words, the Vette, the SS and Z28 were all about 350 on the dyno.

The only thing SS owners were a little miffed about was that they really didn't have 15 more HP than the Z28, it was only a just couple. The "true ram air" feature of the hood scoop of the SS really didn't add much, b/c the air duct from the scoop was folded over in such a way that it didn't really "ram" the air into the intake.

and being an "ex" owner of an LS1 ss, the air ducting didn't go anywhere anywaus, now WS6 cars, it did, but still didn't enter into the engine.
