Dumb question about coolant and the turbo

(08 ss, auto trans) I'm replacing my turbo, and as I went to take off the top bolt on it closest to the firewall, my hand was covered in what I assume to be coolant. Am I correct in assuming that the turbo has coolant lines running it it as well as oil?

Turbo Is running 6psi, and falls on its face at 60, underboost code, piping looks fine, pressure test showed no leaks, so replacing the turbo is all I can think to do, tested solinoids, waste gate adjusted, everything.

Yes, the turbo is cooled by the engine coolant.

How did you test the solenoids?

Did you inspect the bypass valve?

Wastegate adjustment

So I replaced my turbo about 6 months ago, and it's been running at 9psi,which is fine and dandy, but if I recall, these cars make 15 stock, so I'm guessing the turbo I purchased was turned down, does anyone have any tricks to get to the bolts/know about how much boost 1 full turn changes?

Using Google in search box put in "wastegate actuator adjustment k04 turbo"
You will find a few on Youtube plus articles also.

If you had answered our questions, we may have been able to help you figure out what was wrong with your car 5 months ago.

It was underboosting, so you replaced the turbo. Now it's still underboosting, you still think it's the turbo...
