If you really want to know if it's rich or lean, monitor the a/f while it's running.

(Keeping in mind, of course, that what you and the ECM are seeing could be incorrect due to a faulty sensor.)

What if I have this same code p2188 but no other code and have already replaced the hpfp and injectors and maf is clean and everything is tight

Charge piping and intercooler are a good first check. Visually inspect them, sometimes you can see cracks. If they all look good, perform a boost leak test, there's a link in one of my posts in this very thread.

intercooler and charge pipes are all after market zzp stuff I don’t think it would be cracked but I’ll check it all
