I can understand why someone would want the look of an SS without the price of one, or the problems of the SS... it just looks cool.

I can repsect an owner who admits it's not an original SS, as compared to one who leads-on someone to believe it's an original SS.

Was trying to view the 2LT panel photos and keep being asked to log in?

Wish GM would have built a white SS because I'm going to be paying quite a bit to duplicate a partila 'poser" even without the turbo engine :-)

Putting SS badges on a non-SS is akin to a bald guy with a comb over. You ain't fooling anybody, and it really doesn't look nearly as good as you think. Of course it provides the rest of us a little entertainment...

... Picked up a LT and just ordered the SS badges to start with. Going to have the seats redone but with a higher quality covering than the OEM SS seats. Got some other ideas in mind.

If someone asks me if my panel is an original SS I'll tell them no. If a person doesn't like my answer it won't bother me. Who knows even.... maybe when the little 4-banger starts to get boring it will be time to add V-8 power. When that happens I'll order another set of badges and call my ride an SSSS.
Hmm, would that mean that you'd have the only "Chevy Viper" in the world?!

Hi my name is Mike I have been a LS SS "Poser" since June 8th 2007.

I have felt realy bad everyday since I went to that swap meet and spent $1.75 on 3 large and 1 small SS Monte Carlo badges and put them on my 2007 HHR LS Panel.

Thank-you I now feel better

A Poser
Any one who does not follow his/her own ideas of what he/she likes. Following no one set norm makes you real and following no one set norm makes you poser. Poser is governed not by the clothes, music, or makeup you wear, but rather by the state of your mind and the conformity to your own beliefs.
Posers conform to the beliefs of others.

Do they really? Or is your reaction to what they're doing making you angry? Other people don't make you mad. YOU make yourself mad.

Something my dad taught me and I never forgot it.

If he wasnt doing it I wouldnt be angry. He's the one making me angry. Plus I wasn't truly angry, I actually laughed about it.

Sticker mods just bug me.
