Oh man, who can PhotoShop '54 Chevy grille teeth into the lower grill of an HHR? On a black horizontal bar that may look cool.

heres a quickie, didn't remove bar... looks like braces to me..... and come to think about it removing the horizontal bar makes it look like medical staples! LMAO

Well, I was actually thinking of a chrome grilled regular HHR, not an SS. However, the comment is hilarious.....it does look like braces! :-) God Bless, Marc

Question They look GREAT

They realy do look awesome! I want to do somewhat the same thing with my stock steel wheels can you tell me where you purchased the center caps and rings? The other thing is can anyone tell me if it would be better to powder coat or paint the rims? THANKS

The wheels, trim and caps are all Wheel Vintique and all made for HHR's.
I did the red stripe and red bow tie so if you want to so something else or leave them of they come that way.

Powder coat is the best. It is the most durable of all. But a good paint job will work well also. Might check prices in you area for both. I went with paints since I had a way to get them done cheap.
