I am now.

ARP-400EU $139.39 at Summit Racing. Phill at Altec said it will be ready in about 2 weeks.

Mines on order what are you waiting on?

It hangs down about an inch.

I would say you could fab one up but it is much easier to buy it all sorted out. Also it is all plastic and stainless so it is very weather proof.

I made a hide away for my Fiero and it works well but it too some time and it is still not as good as what this is. I had to go vertical with it and drop it down from behind the bumper. Getting the limits on it took some time as I did not want to hit the aftermarket airdam I have.

In Washington I am legally required to have one, but since mine didn't come with one I would have to order one... and I have been trying tirelessly to find one. They are no where to be found
