gauge pod ideas

Not a bad idea, but my inability to do fiberglass work prohibits me from doing something like this. I did stop by an Advance Auto to look at the universal gauge pods and they didn't even come close to fitting the A pillar.
Again, I ask, has anyone else added any gauges to their HHR? What type of pod/holder did you use other than replacing the stock turbo gauge?
