I'm limping as of my drive home from work this evening. I've tried reflashing with the BSR PPC... both flash over existing and replacing with stock flash. It barely runs, sputters like a leaky 1bbl running on old lawnmower gas, and won't go over 4500rpm. I'm headed out with a flashlight to pull the fuse and see what that gets me.

If memory serves me correct a gascap will not affect performance,
I had it happen to me on my express van. CEL, went to dealer, loose gas cap.

The dealer reset the CEL on the spot.

I checked out the issue at first light... hose from turbo hard pipe to IC inlet popped off. I slid it back on, and tried to get the craptastic factory press-on clamp to hold it, but hose popped off again with less than 5# of boost. I've thrown on a cheapo band clamp and am waiting for the ECM to "reset" with the fuse pulled. If that doesn't work, I'll have to take it to the dealer, which means dealing with the local dealership that has already made it clear they just want to sell me another car, and with the Hahn/BSR flash (that I've replaced with the stock tune) in the logs, we'll see how this goes.

I asked my dealer about a tune and Service Manager told me as long as I flash it back to stock when I bring it in it's no problem. He told me worst case is that they flash it back themselves. I would love to believe that but I'm not in a position to pay for repairs. Kudos to those that are so we can get some good info on what to expect if we mod :) . Why would the dealer say they just want to sell you another car after you just bought that one from them????? Awesome customer service... :eye roll: At least your dealer didn't scratch the side of your car up when you brought it in for noisy window/loose intercooler tube

Yep. Rubber hose popped off the plastic piece on the intercooler inlet side. Car is sitting at the dealer now (they only do "for pay" work on weekends... *cough* ).

stay on them xxl!!! my ic hose had a crack or leak around the sensor.i was told NONE of the ic pipes parts were available. if they have another ss on the lot, demand they have to take it off that one. that's what they had to do for mine. there is,well back then,no time table when they will make oem ic pipes.
