Last night I had to grab a couple of things from auto-zone for the wifes car. I was driving my SS and after pulling in and going inside, I noticed that a few people were walking around Noodle-5 and looking inside. After grabbing the stuff I needed I came out and got in the car. Note: I had my 5yo and 3mo in the car with me. So anyway I start it up and start to back up and the auto-zone clerk came running out yelling something. I continued to back up and he came running toward me. At this time I realized what he was saying. He was trying to set up a race with some other customer. I said "what?" again he stated that the guy over there wants to race you and they have money. He points at 2 guys standing by a stock looking 07 accord. I just laughed and told him I was not going to waste my time. Mind you I don't street race, I had my kids with me, and I only had like 160miles on the Noodle-5. The look on these guys faces were priceless though. Just had to share since it pretty much made me smile all the way home.

Since nobody knows what was under the Honda's hood, everything is just speculation. And I applaud your restraint... and probably a pretty easy thing to do with your kids in the car.

The most powerful weapon I've found in such cases is to do the "eye" thing, then yawn, and putter off into the sunset. You win just on coolness alone

 

Whew....for a minute I thought you were going to tell us that the guy at AutoZone was going to ask you out.
