And i was able to get the original doors, including handles, glass and interior door trim panels. They were in a shipping container at his shop.
So i do like the panel wagon look and am planning on leaving those on but will hold on to the window doors for when i decide to let her go. Thanks for all the help. KYP of rebirth to like new status

See the option 1SS , that indicates it’s got the SS features , not a different model
AA5 1/2 panel
AXS would be panel van

What year do you want? The specific meanings are not consistent.
Here is a pdf for 2009:

I would certainly expect AA5 on the RPO label, because I don't understand how it could not be an AA5 if there are no rear windows and it's a wagon.

You understand I've been talking about the REAR windows, right? Cargo bay. Not the passenger door windows? That wouldn't make sense.
You're right. I'm losing it.

We did have a member that deleted the rear side windows to make his HHR into a AA5.
There are a lot of fake SSs out there.
How do you open the rear doors?

THAT is great news! Those doors are gold! If you do any painting, be sure to paint those too. These cars are rising in value and someday that super rare 1/2 panel is going to be worth a lot more in original condition, instead of turned into a fake full panel.

Also, the full panels are notorious for poor visibility. Losing only the rear windows in the 1/2 panel has much less of an impact on what you can't see
