What is the highest mileage SS on here? I am just wondering how reliable these things are over the long haul. I have a tad over 36,000 on mine at the moment and I drive it about 400 miles per week.

I have a 2008 HHR SS, which it just turned 58,000 miles. I bought it with 56,000 miles on it, I do about 600 miles a week driving to and from work. I got a carfax on it, and the only things I saw that were major was ECM reprogramming, ABS reprogramming, and blown head gasket. I have had no issues with it so far, and I hope the head gasket was just a fluke!

My 08 SS just turned 105,000 miles. Only real problem it has had was a bad cooling fan.

So you guys with over 100,000 have been pretty trouble free? Just routine maintenance?

I don't race mine and never will. My street racing days are over and there are way too many cops on the roads today.

2009 SS, put in service 5/1/09, 155,000 miles.

A few glitches but, overall, has been 99% trouble-free.

Good to know that there are some examples out there that are getting up over 100k and still going strong.

Love to see the high mileage SS's. I just turned 15k on mine after buying it new 3.5yrs ago so it good to know the mechanics hold up.
