Intercooler
Before you give Hahn a dime review their history, and activity in this scene now. Actually dig into Bill Hahn Jr. and some of the attacks and defenses he's used online.
Hahn was one of the first to produce parts for the LNF, but this was 4 years ago and nothing new has became nor have changes been made to existing. Point is there are better & improved products out there now.
The Hahn unit has a history of broken welds, I have seen documentation, and I've seen the same of their intake manifolds as well from the j-body platform ranging into the delta platform.
ZZP warranties their intercooler from bottoming out even, which I find absolutely insane with how low mine is, but it's a solid piece with no documented failures. I do not want to come across on this site as a "fanboy", I love finding flaws in parts but right now in terms of LNF parts it seems ZZP is leading and I'd say the new TurboXS parts are a nice addition as well. In which they too also offer an intercooler along with charge pipes.

said all that to say, i won't knock another brand, unless i got sanduskied royally!!! but when all of it works about the same, i say go for it. i just advise to try to stick with parts from the same company incase of engine failure or not getting the hp you paid for.

I will give it to you for what Bill has gone through, but there's your personal life, and your business. It's simple.
As for one packing more of a gain, yeah I will give you that, the differences won't vary too greatly. However material used, think your Hahn charge pipes here, and coating used as well, hence why ZZP was an easy decision for me. Sorry I love the OEM look black wrinkle powdercoat provides, and the lines it follows as the OEM upper did. It does all boil down to preference on any part. Still little details make all the difference to some consumers. Bang for buck really comes into play in this community though and simply your pricing and quality needs to be competitive.
Saying everyone's downpipe is a copy, well that's a joke to me, you can't really put a different spin on a downpipe so it's not a follow-the-leader game, it's a produce a product that works game. Any turbo car to come out there will be a downpipe offered for it, and they'll all resemble each other. That's obvious.
As for the Cobalt's over 400hp, too easy! They're far more performance oriented and this sector isn't as large nor the same demographic. Find me a solid HHR SS build on here that's not a typical bolt-on build. From CSS.net I think of Scythe_snake right away, his car has a ton of great parts and is a legit build and driver. Thoughts of E85 and an S25x plague me (easy 400+) but I'm still trying to maintain bolt-on status with an EFR god help it ever gets released.
Assume this is increased clearance version? If so, awesome, wish I had waited it out.

I have a brand new ZZP IC for sale in the classifieds. It was never installed. Since Bill Hahn lives 5 miles down the road from me, I am going all Hahn product.
its the same down here in florida during the summer, its like that until about 3-5 and then it just rains for the rest of the day, everyday
The "new one" isn't released, it's just an increased clearance version so visually shouldn't vary too much. Mine does hang a bit below the cover and I trimmed the lower shield due to such, would have been nice to not alter it though eh it does look beast :).
