I was going to check for leaks on my SS since I no longer trust my dealer, but how the heck do you seperate the turbo charge line connections where the plastic pipes meet the rubber lines. It looks like they just pop on, but they have a hardened plastic ring around them and are really on there tight. Why the heck couldn't GM just used t-bolts like they did at the turbo and IC inlet/outlet

On another note, after seeing the difficulty of these connections, I'm pretty sure my dealer didn't pressure test the system as they claim they did. I can't find any evidence where any factory lines have removed (ie. dust wiped away, etc.)

 

Sounds like the connections are similar to the A/C connection connections..
theres a special tool that inserted into the connections that allows removal if thats the case..

But...don't know for sure without seeing them...
