You never saw the Berettas, Luminas, and Cavaliers we had at MY high school. When the insurance man told us what we couldn't drive, we discovered the GM 60 degree V6!

Some look cool, but Front wheel drive GM cars (until now) were never performance cars unless WJ (Drags), any Nascar GM car or someone else dropped a V8 in the front and a 9" diff in the back.... Sorry I'm just old school.

Front drivers are doing ok at the drags now, but just limited success where you have to turn at speed.

After watching the video..
Per the VP ... all that is required for a Chevy to have a "SS" destination is

**Stopping power --- I have larger then stock (4) wheel discs & stainless braided brake lines... got that covered.

**Acceleration - I have larger injectors, aftermarket intake, headers, high flow cats, cat back exhaust and ECM reflashed - got that covered

**Ability to go around corners fast - I have front and rear anti-sway bars, lowered springs, 18" wheels & tires and (4) Koni-sport shocks .. I got them all covered

I have my "SS"
Excellent...

and could you share with us the cost ??

And do you know the new horse power ??

Can you share who did the work ??

Did you need new valve springs ??

What are the down sides if any ??

Did you have an LT2 that already uses 91 octane ??

Thanks for your information

Also please give more info on your up graded brakes ??

You stop from 60 to zero in **** how many feet ??

brake system with braided lines about 1100.00, ECM reflash depends on the tuner 350-500.00, colder range plugs about 25.00, exhaust system approx. 1200.00, (header, down pipe, cat back - Bigger ejectors 40.00 plus shipping, harness about 38.00, air intake 150 - 220 depening who you get it from, engine damper about 60.00, - sway bar 125 - 145 depending on where you get it from , lower springs... adjustable shocks 600.00 all installs by me.. less the tune to my ECM

And do you know the new horse power ?? Have no dyno near me... sorry..

Can you share who did the work ?? Me less the tuner doing the reflash and the shop doing the alignment

Did you need new valve springs ?? I didn't touch the internal parts

What are the down sides if any ?? hmmm going faster count?

Did you have an LT2 that already uses 91 octane ?? using 91 octane tune for the higher fuel

Thanks for your information

Also please give more info on your up graded brakes ??use the search on this site I've answered the question numberous times

You stop from 60 to zero in **** how many feet ?? I haven't measure it.. but what the SS HHR can do I probably can do
