Oh, ya, life is like a box of chocolates!

I guess you didn't read any of my posts. I paid 500$ for a POS HHR. If the timing chains go im scrapping it.

I asked you guys for a simple opinion on a waterpump and you pushed timing chains for no reason. Its a rusted out POS winter car.

If the water pump is leaking coolant, replace it, brand and source are your choice, I prefer AC Delco, I just changed mine at 224,600 klm.

I read the whole thread. You never said it was a POS, or rusted out, or that you would scrap it after you killed it off. That you're not even willing to perform a free and easy inspection of the timing chains... We always advise people not to go to a dealership for service, thanks for confirmation.

I didn't know i needed to specify every single detail about the vehicle when asking a question about a waterpump. Sorry.

But what I was saying before.. has anyone changed the water pump on the 2.0L with the engine still in car using the holding tool?
You read everything I posted? I guess you must of missed what I wrote here.

I have read through your posts, no where do you post that it’s a POS rust bucket, nor do you state that you will scrap it .

We did offer advice about the water pump and the timing chain to inspect it, we did not push the timing chain on you.
You choose to be flippant and antagonistic, so, see you later.
I am surprised a fellow Canadian would behave in such a manner.
