Question on the GM Stage upgrades ---does this have to be installed by a dealership for the GM warranty to still be valid?
I.E. - Buy the car now, order the kit in 2 months and install myself?
Or I could wait 2 months and try and con them into the install for a little to no cost

Yes GM in past kits has made it clear it needs to be dealer installed if you want the warranty.
It is the only way they can be sure someone did not monkey something up. Why should they pay for someone elses mistakes.
