Ok, I have another "stumper" for you....

the next time you are driving your SS, especially at night time, when you look at the needles for the tach and speedometer, tell me what is so unusal about them. now please do not "overstare" at them as you are driving, we don't need anyone to have an accident because they are staring at the guages. but I thought this was kind of neat, may have been out for years, but I just noticed.....yea I know you people probably think I am not only ANAL, but also remember that one member said he wasn't going to tell his wife about me.

no problem but it may be that way on all HHR's for all that I know, will have check out another HHR......

Is it the way they are illuminated? They are chrome at the base and seem to have a small LED inside or behind them that really lights up the tip. The glowing red color is quite unique, but them I am a sucker for red!
