The last I heard is... "Not sure. This problem could go on for some time." I did not change my order. I could be setting myself up for problems hope not.

When I worked at a tier one parts suppier I was surprised how nee-jerk the operations were I guess they got from there customers. Why GM would offer something that they don't have in operation is stupid and not very professional grade a little closer to mickey mouse

and the waiting goes on

will post when I hear something

Red face No word from my dealer yet.

But we did have until the 6th to change our orders. So I imagine in a day or five, I just might hear something. Unless I put another bug in his ear. I just don't know why all the delays when there are SS's out there with the RPD and the 5-speed. What is the problem? Also, after seeing pictures of the actual display, I am now glad that I canceled it. I wish I did it sooner. It just looks trashy the way they mounted the thing. I just hope my order doesn't get bumped to the end of the line. I did place my original order back in June, that should make some kind of difference. With all the bank problems though, I wonder what kind of loan interest rate I will be looking at by the time I take possession of my new ride. Toyota just started a 0% interest campaign maybe others will follow to try to stimulate buyers.

I am glad I got to keep the 0% for 72 mo. on mine. I called my dealer today and they say my order is still sitting without a TBW

Just saw a new Toyota commercial, they are now showing 2.9% financing. I wonder, what gives? Could this be a trend.
I suppose that, savello, you may be able to keep your loan rate because yours is a buy back.
The rest of us are at the mercy of the banks.
My dealer, when he last told me, said I would be paying factory invoice plus T,T&L minus any incentives running at the time I take delivery. I just hope they don't tack on that new price increase in the meantime.
I'm still waiting for him to answer my last e-mail that I sent to him asking just what my new invoice price would be now that I deleted the RPD.
Maybe I should pay him a personal visit.

I dont think you will get the price increase, and I will bet that GM is back to 0% by december. Oh and toyota's 0% for 36 only then it goes up to 2.9% for 60

I got to keep my rate because I am still paying for the car, Its kinda weird I have made 4 payments on a car that hasn't been built yet.

The last (toyota) commercial kinda weirded me out because I saw a couple of commercials over the weekend saying that they had 0% financing with no mention of length of loan.
I sure hope that I get my ride long before December. Now that I don't have to wait for the RPD any more, that could happen.
One other thing, I asked my dealer if I would be forced to take the performance drivers seat since I did not want it to begin with.
