if they are changing the supplier this late in the game, we will not see these gauge pods in january. most likely never. i bet GM will just discontinue the option. the only way to get this RPD for the 5-speed is to steal it out of the only one built. and i know where that HHR is.

The suppliers may want the money up front. With GM cash position their priorities might not be this production configuration. Who knows what the real issue is... except the "shadow" and he not saying.

I went to the new Chevy site and built my Panel and it had the performance display as an option. So it must be a workable solution if you have the time to wait or GM has the time to build before they close shop.

Really do hope congress only has them set up a trust fund for warranty work while they go into bankrupcy... NO BAIL OUT my two cents

 

there is one '09 HHR SS 5-speed with the UAF for sale in the whole USA. the part that gets me is why did they build this one on sept 1 and not ours?

it is a black '09 SS with ebony/ebony interior, performance drivers seat, power sunroof, performance package, 5-speed, reconfigurable performance display, 7 speaker pioneer system, and USB radio.

and it is still for sale. our special order cars are considered sold and have priority builds, yet GM builds this one before ours and it never sells.

 

Where is it and is it a panel?

It's still there - I have test driven it but I don't like the UAF package. I want mine in Aqua Blue also.
