Pricing Help

Hi All, I am looking at a 2008 BFM HHR SS. It has 4500mi on it. I will find out the options tomorrow. What would be a decent price for a used HHR SS?

Thanks, Grizzly

Right, need more info to give an exact answer.... Invoice for a new 2008 SS starts at 21,664 according to Edmunds, or 22,544 for an auto. My dealer was willing to start at invoice and subtract rebates if I used my own financing, or sell for invoice and 0% for 72 months if I used GMAC.

Mine was 23.2k new a couple months ago. I'm not an expert, but that's pretty low milage, might want to find out why. Could be a repo? I think if it checks out maybe 19.9? That may be a wet dream, but check with kbb.com anyway, and edmunds. I had some options like roof rails, sun roof prem stereo, stupid $40 smokers package and I didn't even get the lighter...

Good luck.

Test Drive

I test drove it Saturday, it was awesome. It has 5m, LSD, side curtain airbags, sunroof, 7 speaker stereo. The cosmetic damage; someone dropped something square and heavy on the rear bumper cover and put a 2x2 triangle shaped hole in it.
I was amazed at the headroom, I haven’t driven a sunroof equipped car where my head didn’t rub in years and I had a good 2 inches between my head and the liner.

Thanks, Grizzly
