Thats why I said to call the insurance co./agent. Every state is a little different.

Ya I already check my policy and it does cover everywhere, but I don't know the liability of violating the rental contract, so I won't risk it.

A lot of cards consider a rental period of over 15 days to be long term, which they don't cover. (i.e. Scratch it on Day 1, return it on Day 16, it's a long-term rental, and no part of the long-term rental was covered by the credit card issuer.) Read your credit card fine print before you rely on the coverage.
