I was told my SS would be delivered this year in the fall. Just have to see.

 

If it won't arrive until spring, why wouldn't they just call it a 2009?

 

yeah when i think late fall i think late oct. to dec.

 

It has changed several times, I was told when I got the 2008 brochure "probably Sep. or Oct." now it is "Late/Mid Summer" So really the answer is, "we don't know until the truck brings one" which is the answer to the OP question.

 

I just got back from the dealership that has been feeding me (accurate) details of the HHR SS. They told me that they just got official confirmation that Chevrolet will start accepting orders for ONLY (yes, they specifically said "ONLY") the manual transmission versions of the HHR SS in November, with an arrival date sometime around January.

 

Nah... The better kept secret is the exact date of when you can pre-order a new Camaro

The answer no matter what anyone says is Fall 2008, that is all the salesmen know right now too. Anything else is speculation.

 

Oops... now they are telling me that automatics should be available for order in November as well.
