We were on a cruise the end of April and had a stop in St. Thomas, USVI. As we were walking into town I saw this SS and got the camera out to snap a pic when it passed. It was a female driver, and there is a sticker or badge before the SS badge.

If anyone has been to St. Thomas then you know that most of the cars are damaged and only a handful look this nice. Just wish Iknew more about it
