Not only is a rear sway bar good for doing the twisties, but I had a situation during a surprize down pour of rain, and cars started hydro planing and spinning infront of me.
I was able to jack the steering hard in both directions, and the HHR stayed glued and got us thru safely..I don't think I would have made it without it.

I got one delivered today. Really beefy, great paint job, good hot welds. I'm sure 1" will be thick enough for my needs. Now, to install it and give it a good thrashing once the damn salt is all off the roads.

Well, I hope you're happy. Because of this thread and a couple others I have a TTR Sway Bar and upper engine mount on the way, and there are a set of black Depos in my bedroom waiting to be installed. Didn't go HID, but I did get some Putco Pure 600k blue bulbs and I already had the BSR tune on it. Oh, and don't forget the stubby antenna. :)

I think I saw the tranny mount when I jacked up the car today (bottom, front of the motor attached near the radiator in the middle?) or IS THAT the motor mount you sell. I can see either way which ever it is the how much a solid one would benefit the transfer of power to the ground.
