Anyone happen to know the diameter of the wheel studs on the SS models? The N/A's have 7/16" (12mm) studs, and I'm just curious if these were upgraded to 1/2" on the turbo cars. I've looked all over the place and can't find these specs. Thanks...

 

12mm for all hhrs, it's a common size. Costco had them for a good price. And the thread size is 1.5

 

Nope same studs, you can extend them 1/2"...Dorman#326...

Are these prone to breaking? Have 1 broke on the SS I just bought. Maybe just the tire store over torquing them but just was wondering.
