TWM Shifter Problem

I installed my TWM Shifter today but sorta have two problems now. I tried adjusting the shifter linkage (leaving it in 4th, moving the adjustment "thing" until it's about 3/8's from the cable, etc). Now 5th is just right of 3rd, instead of going all the way to the right and up for 5th. And the reverse lock out doesn't work at all. You can go into reverse without pulling up on the lock out.

I went over the directions multiple times and tried to adjust it various times but it didn't seem to make a difference. The HHR shifts fine, just sorta odd trying to find 5th sometimes.

Also I love the TWM Shifter but I bought the bushing kit and only got one bushing in my package.

Any advice?

Some descriptive steps to help tweak the lateral adjustment.

Good luck.

Is the lateral adjustment "clip" the black on on the left of the gray one?

I ordered the bushings also and there were none in the package. I called them and they sent them to me right away.
