MOTRV8D - Perhaps Mr Lutz should consider sharing the "Velocity Yellow" from the 2008 and probably 2009 Corvette lineup with the SS.

ummm, all Vettes are made in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
The HHRs are made in Mexico. Ain't gonna happen.

But Velocity Yellow and Millenium Yellow are two of my favorite Vette colors.

I know this has to do with the plant locations, but GM produces Cobalts and G5's in yellow.

I love my red, but I would have certainly bought a yellow SS first.

the fact that I've already seen so many yellow Cobalts driving around in my area kind of makes me jealous that they didn't offer the HHR SS in yellow... must mean they make the G5 and Cobalt at the same plant, they share a lot including chassis and powertrains.

I can just imagine the stir they would have made had they showed up at this year's Woodward Dream Cruise in a yellow HHR SS!
