I used a butter knife covered with a towel. pointed enough to pry off the emblem and the towel kept the paint safe. I then used some 3M adhesive remover to get the glue off. Looks much better.

I agree fishing line would probably work better than floss, problem is I don't fish anymore but do floss on a regular basis

WD40 also works pretty well on adhesive residue.

do u spray directly on and in the back of the emblem with the brake cleaner?

Here's my debaging...for now.
I have a project in mind, so this is only temporary.
Got the dealer to do it when it was in for some other work.
The back is too plain IMO, but I do like the clean look of the doors.

How were you able to post pics that big? When I try to upload something that size it says the image is to large. 97.7k is the limit for a jpg and your image is over 300k?

A mod will reduce them eventually.
