Grab handle
Items needed
I have 2 other vehicles (2014 Police Interceptor and a 2015 Silverado) with grab handles and they are very useful. I had a stroke 2 years ago and still have some weakness. The grab handles help me enter and exit my vehicles. I had owned a Police car installation shop for 24 years and we installed about anything you could imagine. I had many talented installers working for me. I have been involved with custom car modifications since 1978
So how hard could a simple grab handle be?
I wish show you how I did it. It had to look factory or I wouldn’t do it
PS —The photos are out of order Please start with the bottom photo
ITEMS NEEDED

Line up grab handle inline with tweeter and screw hole behind the airbag cap. Drill an 1/8” hole through the a pillar molding. Top and bottom Do this with the A pillar molding removed. Then mount the molding back on and driill pilot marks w Using the molding as a guide. Remove molding to drill the A pillar
drill pilot holes to 3/8”. Use a uninitiated to get a perfect hole
Install nutserts with a correct tool
Hot glue spacers on backside of A pillar molding. This will keep the plastic from deforming when tightened
Put molding back on, line up the parts, tighten and you have a grab handle!

Wow! very cool!
And an urgent need.
I love my car, but 2 flaws make me sad for real.
1. Lack of grab handle for passengers;
2. Lack of towing loops front and rear.
Someone told me that these are features of the American car culture. Along with red turn signals, alternativeless automatic transmissions and leather covers.
