Fyi the bi-xenon pulls all power from battery because if you try to run it from factory harness the drl are the high beams ran at 5.5 volts. To fix this it uses the 5.5 volts to turn on the low beam lights simulating drl (No parking lights). Weather its drl or low or high beam they pull 8.6 amps. With a dvm i havent noticed any larger pull on or starting up the lights. 9007 bi-xenon,9140 or 9145 for fog lights.
