How To Install Scripts

How To Install Scripts
How to apply scripts (WITHOUT DRILLING ANY HOLES)
You need the following:
Then apply 3M tape and cut out the double stick tape around the script
Heat the door (If you are doing hood scripts, heat the exterior metal)
Then peel off the red portion on the 3M tape to expose the sticky side and spray the sticky side with the Bull Dog Adhesive promoter.
Next, heat the the back side of the script that was just sprayed with the adhesive promoter.
Take painter's tape and build a "box" where you are going to place the script (see picture below)
Take a ruler to make sure the box is a perfect rectangle and measure the center of the open box - THAT is where the center of the script will go
Apply the script dead center of the open rectangle making sure the top of the script is exactly even with the bottom edge of the painter's tape edge
Apply the script and remove the tape box around the script - press down on the script for about two minutes.
Now put painters tape over the script and reheat the script while on the door for about 5 to 10 minutes.
The KEY to making it stick is the heat. When the surface (plastic or metal) is heated and the sticky tape is heated, the heated items in conjunction with the Bull Dog adhesive promoter (which is also heated) creates a super strong bond.
The Result on each door looks like this:
Dash Script:
