I am also dealing with a broken PCV from the Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (15909461). After countless hours of research and trial and failure, I would like to share with you what I found. The Leslie 39400 angled disconnect tool ($15) removes the braided line from the cam cover with ease.

Here is where it gets a little weird! The only place that I could find the PCV (12625448) was on eBay, $30 for one or $40 for a pair. GM uses the part number 12625448 for a pcv “with” braided line with a couple elbows in it for a Buick Verano, which is useless for us. But if you search 12625448 on eBay, you will find just the PCV like we need for our HHR SS.
