Almost2011HHR/LT2
Hope I posted the right model.
Trading in my 2010 F150 for the "last" HHR/LT2 to be found. Gotta love those dealers, huh "Last" maybe so~~
None the less, I am excited to say the least. This puppy is loaded.
It's outta state and they are mentioning, they will pass cost of delivery, to me?
Hmmmm, any advise?
Thanks

If they are not paying to get it there, they are NOT finding you the car you want.
IMO, Finding the car you want has two steps, 1- locating it, and 2-getting it. I'm sure another dealer would get it done.
If not locate it yourself, cars.com will probably find it, or call GM directly and go get it yourself. And buy it from whoever has it.

Actual Invoice price .. have them show you the Invoice.
$4000 cash back off the bottom line ... dealer handles.
They threw in a Deluxe cargo mat for the rear. $110 value.
It does cost them to get a car from another dealer in transportation costs along with having to make the Dealer Trade which means both dealers have to agree on what they are willing to trade before a trade can be made.
In my deal I tried to get them to trade on another vehicle 150 miles away but the dealer with the car I wanted would only trade for another HHR so that deal did not go down.
Remember in Washington you have different sales tax rates based on where you purchase the car.
Why not look up the Dealers location and go there and buy it. Eliminate the middle man.
Personally I don't like the idea of some supposedly elderly gentleman driving my new car back at 80 MPH.
The first car I wanted was in Oregon so if I had just gone there to purchase it I could have had the Sales Tax and license done where I live which is 8.6%.
As it turned out I bought mine in Auburn and paid 9.8% sales tax.
P.S. In Washington State, look carefully at your last dealer price quote and pay attention to the "DOC Fee's" they sneak in on the final invoice or quote.
These fees can be up to $150, but what they don't tell you is they are negotiable.
Also ask them to explain what they are for and why they are being charged to you.
I negotiated for $50.
