Super clean! and fully loaded with the RPD display on dash nice! Time for modding!

Grab a catless/highflow catted downpipe to start with, really makes these sound awesome!

Welcome! This site is the reason why I just upgraded from a 1LT to a 2010 auto SS. Like you, I got Black on Black (it's the only color scheme I'll drive). Enjoy it!

When I found an HHR SS to buy I didn't know the first thing about the car except it was an SS and I liked the look. I know SS'S having in the past an SS 454 El camino and a 68 Camaro RS/SS 396 convertible. I didn't know that you lose some HP with the auto. I'm retired so I don't have to worry about rush hour traffic, So I'll be buying it for pure driving pleasure. Anyway thanks to chevyhhr.net I got the exact car that I want. Looking at the times these cars run stock, they would give both my other SS'S a run for the money.I pick my SS up in a couple of hours. YAH WOO!!!

Very easy to DESTROY newer/classic v8 muscle cars.

pop the airbox cover
k&N filter
downpipe
intercooler and pipes
hp tune

all that probably $1500 and will add about 80 horsepower and 120 ft lbs torque depending on who/how the tune is done.

I have a bit more than that done and pull new Camaro SS and 5L mustang stock

OMG!, Does anyone know a good lawyer? I was supposed to to pick up my 2010 HHR SS yesterday, I made the deal over the phone and the internet with singh auto group in riverside Ca. The #1 Chevrolet dealer in Riverside Ca. I was to give them a $1000.00 down and they were to finance the balance. I was going to trade in my Dodge dakota, But the salesmen told me to sell my truck and just give them the cash. My truck had a $3,500.00 value. It was a very nice one owner truck I bought for my late wife. I sold it for $1,000.00 just to make the down payment. When I called them to take delivery, The salesmen told me there was something wrong with the turbo and they were going to wholesale the HHR because it would be to expensive to fix. I am besides myself. Can they do this to me? Any suggestions. Now I am without a car. P.S. I have e-mails from the dealer telling me to sell my truck, and the deal.

Oh ****... You need to get to a manager, find out the problems with the vehicle, report them here and there are several people that can advise you from there.

If they tell you the car needs a new turbo who knows what retail is maybe $2500-$3k? If you handy or have a friend who is such you can easily find a used stock turbo for $300-$500 and install it yourself and try to get a $2-3000 discount on the car that way.

But you really need to know what Is up with it first.
